About Orb Digital

Orb Digital FZCO ("we", "us") builds and operates software products for business operators. This umbrella privacy policy applies to all products and services operated by Orb Digital. Individual products may have additional product-specific privacy notices linked from their own pages.

Orb Digital FZCO is registered at IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.

What we collect

Across our products, we may collect:

• Account information. Email address and any third-party account connections you authorize (e.g., OAuth tokens for integrated services).
• Usage data. Interactions with our products, including messages, actions taken, and feature usage.
• Payment information. Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details — Stripe handles this directly.
• Device recognition. We may generate a device fingerprint (hashed session + user-agent) to recognize returning devices and protect your account.

How we use your data

• Provide and operate the product you are using
• Send transactional communications (login links, receipts, account notifications)
• Recognize your device to protect your account
• Improve our products (aggregated, non-personal analytics only)

Where your data is stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (KV storage, R2 object storage) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store data on local servers or personal devices.

Data retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• On cancellation, data is retained for the remainder of the billing period, then made available for deletion on request.
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

Third parties

We share data with the following services:

• Stripe — to process subscription payments
• Cloudflare — to host our applications, store data, and provide cookieless aggregate analytics
• Resend — to send transactional emails

Individual products may integrate with additional third-party services as described in their product-specific privacy notices.

Cookies

Our products may use a session cookie to maintain your logged-in state. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

• Access your data — contact us and we will provide a summary of the data we hold about you.
• Delete your data — contact us at reachus@orb-digital.com or use the product's built-in deletion tools if available.
• Correct your data — contact us to update any inaccurate information.
• Revoke third-party access — disconnect integrated services through the product's settings or the third-party platform's settings.

Product-specific privacy notices

Specific products under Orb Digital may collect additional data described in their own privacy notices. In case of conflict, the product-specific notice governs for that product's data practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
