About Orb Digital

Orb Digital FZCO ("we", "us") builds and operates software products for business operators. These umbrella terms apply to all products and services operated by Orb Digital. Individual products may have additional product-specific terms linked from their own pages.

Orb Digital FZCO is registered at IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.

Account requirements

To use our products, you may need to provide an email address and connect third-party accounts as required by the specific product. You must have the authority to use any third-party accounts you connect and must keep your contact information current.

Subscriptions and payment

• Paid products are billed via Stripe on the schedule described on the product's page (monthly, annual, or as specified).
• You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice sent to your registered email.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your use of our products and for any third-party accounts you connect.
• When a product takes an action on your behalf based on your explicit confirmation, you are responsible for that action.
• You may not use our products to violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party service.

What we provide — and what we don't

• Our products provide tools, data analysis, and recommendations specific to the product's domain.
• We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.
• Recommendations generated by AI should be evaluated using your own judgment.
• Third-party API availability is outside our control.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

• By you: Cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use our services in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will attempt to notify you via email before or at the time of termination.
• On termination, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us at reachus@orb-digital.com.

Product-specific terms

Individual products under Orb Digital may have additional terms that apply alongside these umbrella terms. Product-specific terms will be linked from the product's own pages. In case of conflict, product-specific terms take precedence for that product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
